Phone showed up quickly and in the promised condition. Based on the description I expected a more scratched screen, but the scratches were mostly to the back and sides, which are covered with a case anyway. Very happy with my purchase.

Purchased a google edition pixel and they sent a verizon edition pixel. They offered to let me return it though.

The package was received on time to my post office but they showed it as delivered to the wrong box. I just put my hands on the phone and everything looks great! Sorry about the delay in showing complete, I hope you understand.

Horrible buying experience related to poor quality inspection process on refurbished phones from Mytecell. Although phone had issues since day 1, I didn’t report it, thinking the issue was related to cell service issues. After finding out it was a hardware issue, it was outside the 30 day warranty period and seller not willing to repair. Will not be returning to Swappa...will go back to my usual Gazelle for buying.
