edit: i have taken the phone to a technician to change the screen and they found out that out of 22 screws that was supposed to be holding the frame together only 2 were existing. which is a huge issue. literally missing parts. i should have realized this right away when the phone came with the front screen coming off the frame. i assumed it was the glue wearing off but apparently it was the missing screws.. the fixing of the screen cost me $157, more than what i paid for the phone. i didnt tihnk there was a problem because the screen worked fine. until i broke it and took it to the service center.. be careful. reported the issue to swappa help center as well.!

The cosmetic of this phone is quite plausible, but everything else from the responsiveness of the OS and the buttons is another issue. The seller really should have stated everything about the buttons, especially if they were responsive. In other words, whenever the buttons are clicked, some actions would not work until clicked several times from 2-3 times. Also, if you are looking into unlocking an used AT&T phone, then there is completely no need to pay that $10-$15 to unlock it. Don't be scammed, or charged for something that can be done for free. Simply, head over to the AT&T official website and put in the request to unlock your phone. Overall, I would rather go ahead and pay for better quality phone from now on. Apparently, these sellers do not check to see if the buttons are responsiveness enough to be labeled as even fair. I would rate the overall aesthetic as good, but paired along with the quality of the buttons, the rating should be considered poor.
