Condition was said to be in mint, however it's no where near mint. The screen isn't completely straight, the colors are way off, there is a good amount of burn in where the navigation bar is, the battery is definitely well used as it doesn't hold a charge very long, and the vibration motor seems to have been replaced or not mounted properly as it is extremely loud. Not very impressed.

Phone I received stopped working 3 weeks after receiving it. Definitely wasn't in mint condition and never could get a refund. Never dropped or damaged while in my possession. I'll have to pay out of pocket to have it repaired. Wish I had read the negative reviews where others say there phones aren't put back together right.

Back of phone began to peel off shortly after but sell offered to refund it, still left me with a poor experience overall.

First phone. Camera did not work
, they sent a second phone and phone got wet just a little bit in my pocket from rain and got moisture all in it, seller lists as "mint" but these phones have been cracked open for repairs and are refurbished so whatever you do. Do not get your phone wet if you buy from here.

Shipped very fast, and arrived in EXCELLENT condition with one major exception. The seller inspection failed to catch a defective or damaged gasket on the aftermarket SIM card tray. This meant the phone was no longer waterproof and died when splashed with water two months after purchase. Seller should inspect SIM card trays for future sales.

I'm editing my rating from neutral to negative because I just noticed Swappa's "criteria for sale" says that: "Devices that are advertised as waterproof must include all port covers and other functionality that make them waterproof."

I received phone with an issue and seller was not willing to cooperate and was being rude when i asked to resolve the issue. never got the phone fixed. Even had to call Samsung to send me a letter proving that the phone had an issue and still seller wouldn’t send a new phone or give refund.

Item arrived with an issue that was not in the listing. Seller was not eager to resolve the problem. Wont be doing business here again.

I received a phone that was in great condition, but there were some washed out colors on the display. Initially, I just figured they missed it in testing and it wouldn't be an issue, but I was wrong. Despite providing evidence of the issue, I had trouble getting the seller to empathize with my issue and they tried to tell me it was not an issue if I used certain phone themes. I had to contact sales support in order to get a refund and even then they were getting me a hard time.

I have had for just a short time and there is something wrong with reception. Not really happy with the purchase at all
