All Smartphones sold by us are checked for full functionality. Carrier Service/data plan needed for voice call and/or mobile data are not included with the product. The buyer has to purchase them at his/her own risk/responsibility. Each and every phone is inspected for IMEI/ESN and listed only when the IMEI/ESN is found clean. We do not sell any smartphones with bad or blacklisted IMEI/ESN. All pre-owned smartphones are inspected and graded according to their cosmetic condition to meet Swappa's requirements for Mint, Good and Fair category. All phones sold by us are fully functional. There are no hidden labels or comments for any functional defects. So you can shop worry free from us! The Phones sold on this website are guaranteed not to be under any contract and the phones listed as GSM Unlocked will work with majority of the GSM carriers worldwide. The phones sold by us does not come with any warranty including but not limited to water proof feature advertised by manufacturer. Your satisfaction is our priority. We provide hassle-free returns within 15 days of receiving the product if the buyer is dissatisfied with the purchase. The device has to be packed and shipped back in its original packaging and in the exact same condition as received in order to be eligible for return. We do not sell or ship internationally.

Maya mobile phone will ship your order within one business day (Friday orders are shipped by Monday at the latest). We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless expedited shipping is selected at check out. There are no additional handling fees.Currently we do not provide international shipping.

Any damage from shipping must be disclosed to the seller within 48 hours of the phone arriving.

Maya mobile phone provide free return shipping if you have an issue covered by our warranty. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects, or an item received that is significantly not as described.
Our warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, custom software, or buyers remorse. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to these situations.
Devices must be returned in the condition they were received, and be free of account locks, passwords, or any personal info. Any return outside the scope of the covered warranty will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
