Courteous seller!

The phone was in mint condition but was locked to Verizon and a Spanish operating system. After some research, I was able to change the phone to English and a trip to T-Mobile got the phone set up to accept my T-Mobile sim card. Swappa and the seller seemed responsive and willing to work to resolve the issue. Since I was able to correct the issues on my end, I did not have much interaction with Swappa or seller.

Phone came promptly and seller was great with prompt and quality communication. The package the item was shipped in was good as well -- well protected yet light and fit in my mailbox!
