Item as advertised. Shipped quickly

The phone is fine and the seller was responsive. I ordered it on a Wed, though, expecting it to be shipped on Fri. It wasn't shipped until Mon. While it was only 1 extra business day, it delayed the delivery day by quite a bit and it's a long time to go w/o a phone. I got no apology or explanation when I questioned if it was shipped on Fri. The seller simply said "I shipped it out this morning (Mon)." The confirmation email I got with the subject "Swappa Sale SSYI96456" was confusing bc it asked me to confirm my address and I didn't know if my not looking at that email quickly delayed the shipping. I emailed Swappa to inquire about this but the response wasn't entirely helpful. It did mention that confirming my address through the email was optional so I was figured that my not doing that immediately hadn't delayed things. It wasn't very clear that the way to communicate was by commenting on the sale. The phone didn't come with a tool that it should have to change to SIM card.
