There are scratches on both sides of the phone

First "mint condition" phone came in with 2 large scratches on the screen. Had to pay for return shipping to get a replacement & the seller took their time sending a new one. 2nd one had yet another scratch, this time on the factory installed screen protector. Still not mint but you get what you pay for I suppose. Seller needs to take a look at the definitions of item conditions it seems or at least look at the device before sending it out.

Horrible seller. Sent me 2 defective phones then just cancelled my order. They communicate well but that's pointless if they can't actually deliver a working product. Worst buying experience I've ever had. Do not trust them

Right out the box this phone gets out performed by old S10. This S22 Ultra lags, freezes, middle portion of screen doesn't respond to touch or stylus. Poor antenna reception, doesn't recognize taps on first try, etc. All around this phone is not worth the $707+ i paid for it at all

I ordered a mint phone. I got one with a scratch on the front. On the back I could have cared less, but on the front a large scratch is kind of a big deal. Now I just have to eat it. I would never buy anything from the seller again and I have read the negative comments in the reviews. Don't know if you should let this guy sell stuff on swappa. It makes you guys look bad. I'm done with all your nonsense and your PayPal horse shit. I'm marking the sale complete and you guys can go get bent.

Unfortunately, the phone I ordered did not come. My "new" phone was in fact used and re-boxed. I appreciate honesty... and did not get that from this company. At least efforts were made to correct the issue. I just hope that this stops and doesn't continue for future customers.

I bought the phone in the condition of NEW, as I checked it, the charging port had lint and dirt. (Note I had a Samsung S21 FE for a few weeks prior to this purchase and when comparing the two, the FE didn't have lint or dirt in it despite me using it much more) Although it obstructed a bit of the charging, after cleaning it, it began working much better. For future buyers I recommend to look at everything in the phone when recording the opening process. I didn't think of checking the charging port until after a day of use in it. Check the ports, screen, camera, processor (snapdragon v exynos), etc...

Sold a used phone that is dinged up and they listed it as brand new. I did get my refund but they still fail to respond to my shipping refund. Basically it cost me 20.00. I hate this site and the seller. Save your money and hassle, go else where. GOOD BYE SWAPPA!! SMH, NEVER AGAIN!!

I ordered a device (02/13/22) that was fair w minor issues and items are pulled from stock pictures may not be of device. Nothing mentioned of broken glass on camera glass. Actually shattered since a small piece of glass is missing. Wrote seller no response in over 24 hrs. Requested to hear back within 36 and now it's over 48 hrs. Tried giving the seller of option to repair or replace before requesting refund. Still NO RESPONSE. Still no cell and MY money is now tied up with this crappy seller and put in a dispute with paypal. Definitely wouldn't chance buying from a seller like this. So buyer beware

UPDATE... (02/20/22) PayPal waiting on saler to respond on the claim. At this point STILL NO RESPONSE. Swappa "support" is UNEXSISTENT

UPDATE... (03/01/22) seller finally responded through PayPal, after case was filed, another more waiting time for this "seller" to refund money ALMOST 3 WEEKS and counting

Shipping Policies


We ship same day on all orders prior to 12PM CST
While we guarantee that we will ship your order on time, once the package is in the hands of the carrier we cannot be responsible for delays on the carrier side.
Orders after 12pm Friday will ship the next business day, which in most cases is Monday but may be Tuesday on a holiday weekend.
Regular Shipping = USPS First Class Mail
Expedited Shipping = USPS Priority Mail Express

Return & Refund Policies


30 day warranty on hardware defects.
Any damage from shipping must be disclosed to the seller within 48 hours of the phone arriving.
We will provide free return shipping if you have an issue covered by our warranty. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects such as ghost touches, bad mic or speaker etc.
If a buyer is initiating a return because they changed their mind, found a better price elsewhere, or didn't like the device, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied.
If the buyer is not satisfied with the condition of the device and wants a refund, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged to cover the shipping and insurance expenses. However, if the buyer opts for a replacement, nothing will be charged to the buyer.
Our warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, custom software, or buyers remorse. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to these situations.
Devices must be returned in the condition they were received, and be free of account locks, passwords, or any personal info. Any return outside the scope of the covered warranty will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
