Seller shipped the wrong phone and would not ship the correct phone until the incorrect phone was in their possession.

Upon shipping the correct phone, seller used a preexisting shipping label which made it impossible to track the correct phone as it was being shipped. Overall satisfied with the phone, but wish that the sale process was smoother and quicker.
