Very annoying seller. Seller tried their hardest to delay the return. Had to contact Swappa staff two different times to get this seller to respond and return this order. Phone was in much worse condition than the listed "Good".

Swappa, this seller who has such great reviews has lied to me twice now. First, I was told that my phone had shipped. (The U S. Post office told me today that it has not been in their possession yet). Given that they are a branch of the federal government, I would say they are the more credible source. The seller also told me my money would be refunded yesterday. So the ball is now in your court Swappa. Who's side are you taking on this? The consumer or the seller? You yourselves told KM TRADING Corp to respond to me ASAP, but they are ignoring me. I would never recommend this seller. He has my money. I have nothing but empty promises. All Swappa wants to do is take the sellers side here. I have rights too . Without the consumers you would not even have a Swappa. I recommend that people start uying there phones elsewhere! !!!

The phone came in exactly as expected, I was a little surprised at how long it took to come in (5 days) considering I live 30 minutes away from the actual location but other than that, everything was great. Phone works perfectly and was exactly as advertised. Do not have any issues currently and would buy again from here in the future!

Of the 2 phones that was purchased from this particular seller, mine turned out to have a issue. I feel something may have went wrong with it while on it's trip to me. The seller worked with me and refunded my money. Communication was a might off but it got worked out. Hubbys' phone works great, so 1 out of 2 ain't bad????
