Purchased a Verizon phone. It arrived as TMobile. Seller still had Verizon phones listed after knowing he sent the wrong phone to me and did not offer an exchange of the one they had listed. Waited until after those were sold to tell me none were avail. Ended up with even more time without a phone and paying $30 more for the same phone I purchased in the first place.

Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays. Since USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Ground Advantage, we will only contact USPS regarding delayed shipments after 14 business days from the shipping date.
Expedited Shipping via FedEx/UPS (2-day delivery) is available for $20, billed separately, upon request. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday or on Saturday with expedited shipping will be shipped on Monday.

Returns are accepted within 10 business days, but please review the following disclaimer:
PayPal no longer refunds the fees from the original payment when a refund is issued.
If a refund is requested due to a change of address or change of mind before the item ships, the refund will be issued minus any reimbursement fees we incur and deducting shipping costs.
If a refund is required due to a device issue that requires a return, we will cover the PayPal fee.
