A small chip in the ear phone on the right earcup. wasn't shown in images or description.
The phone I purchased ended up being marked as lost or stolen and I was unable to activate it. It was only marked that way internally by Verizon, and was not reported as lost or stolen on the IMEI checkers, so it was not apparent until I tried to activate it - not the seller's fault. The seller was very responsive and quickly made it possible to return the phone and get a refund. I trust this seller to make things right if there's a problem, and I would feel comfortable purchasing another phone through them.

We drop off all USPS packages directly at USPS Bulk Acceptance, where they are scanned when it reaches distribution center. To help offset these delays, we are now offering UPS Ground shipping at a reduced rate of $6.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship same-day via USPS Ground Advantage for orders placed before 1 PM EST, excluding Saturdays.
Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays. Since USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Ground Advantage, we will only contact USPS regarding delayed shipments after 14 business days from the shipping date.
Expedited Shipping via FedEx/UPS (2-day delivery) is available for $20, billed separately, upon request. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday or on Saturday with expedited shipping will be shipped on Monday.
Return & Refund Policies
No Returns on Brand New Sealed Devices
Returns are accepted within 10 business days, but please review the following disclaimer:
PayPal no longer refunds the fees from the original payment when a refund is issued.
If a refund is requested due to a change of address or change of mind before the item ships, the refund will be issued minus any reimbursement fees we incur and deducting shipping costs. A restocking fees of upto 15% might be added if the device is in different condition on top of the market adjustment rate.
If a refund is required due to a device issue that requires a return, we will cover the PayPal fee.
