Second buy from Johbet, Inc. I'm starting to realize that Johbet, Inc. never checks their stock. Yes, I received a T-Mobile branded LG G5, but once again, the color is wrong. Ordered a silver version this time, and received a gold. Otherwise, the phone functions as expected.
Phone in good condition as described
I purchased the phone on Friday. On Monday I still hadn't received any communication from this seller about when it would ship so I emailed them. They were quick to respond to my email, saying that they would be shipping my item that day (Monday) but today when I went to check the sale page to get the tracking info I found that they had cancelled the sale with zero explanation or communication. The sale page claims they refunded my money but they did not. The worst thing about this aside from being taken for a lot of money is that the item that I bought is still listed as being for sale so they must intend to keep selling this phone they don't apparently have to other people, too. I'll definitely never use this seller again, and I may avoid using this site again after this. Unbelievably shady.

Was my first time shopping with swappa and was the only website i felt safe enough to try out because of the reviews. I pulled the trigger on buying a Samsung note 4 edge phone. No other website from amazon to ebay had anything comparable to swappa for the price. I'm so glad i tried this site out. Phone arrived quickly and in great condition. No marks on the phone or scratches. It arrived as advertised. So far, no complaints.
