Phone arrived quickly and was in working condition. There was a small issue with the cosmetic appearance of the phone. When I contacted the seller, the immediately offered a full refund. I eventually decided to keep the phone, after several conversations with the seller. I have purchased a few items from them, and they sell quality items and provide responsive customer service.
