I received this item and it was not as described nor did it work correctly. I contacted the seller to see if they had another to swap and they did not They refunded with no problem. Would buy from again if needed.

The Phone came to me in a reasonable amount of time in decent condition, nothing of note there. However, It seems that there was a patched bootloader on the phone to bypass the fact that it was a 5X affected by the bootloop issue. while not tecnically an issue of the sellers side because this is more an issue with LG hardware, I wouldn't really consider a phone with a built in issue a "good condition" phone.
