Phone had a commonly known microphone issue, but I was able to get it replaced free by uBreakiFix. Seller was responsive and help!
Seller gave quick refund
I've received the phone, but it wasn't like what I read in the description. The battery is in very bad health, it can only last for 4 hours then I need to charge it again even though I was not watching youtube or anything. Is there any way I can return this phone and get a better condition phone?

Phone arrived in advertised condition very shortly after ordering. Marking complete this late was my mistake.

The unit originally sent by this seller did not meet the minimum standards for items sold on Swappa; most notably, the battery had a maximum charge of about an hour, and the screen had obvious etching. After looking through the last couple years' worth of reviews, this does not appear to be a unique experience. The seller's initial QC seems to be fairly lacking.
The seller was quick with a return label and replacement unit, which (after some battery conditioning) was at or slightly above the advertised condition.
