The phone runs great, except there was quite the runaround to get things going. That being said, I'd like to do a return. Certain built-in apps just aren't working properly, one specifically being the "Phone" app to call out. I try calling out to any number, and it freezes the phone to the point where I have to do a hard reset...that is, if the phone doesn't already crash at that point and reset itself.

I thought upgrading my phone to a newer phone (I had one that came out one year earlier) was going to be a good experience, but it wasn't in this particular case, and I'll be repurchasing the same phone I had prior to this one. I need to have a phone I can call out on, and apparently this is a huge issue for many other Pixel users.
