Item arrived safely and in great condition. Purchase process was clear and easy to follow. Phone worked well at first but then battery life was significantly short, like the phone dies with light use after a few hours. Then after a few days I can only be heard on phone calls while on speakerphone, even while connected to a Bluetooth device. Problems persist in safe mode. I will try a factory reset but based on experiences of other Pixel owners with the same problem I'm not hopeful.

What was listed as an unlocked phone with some cosmetic damage.... Is a phone locked to verizon with a crack in the phone body at the power cable location. This crack makes the phone unable to charge using the cord provided, or 5 other cords at my home. We finally located one that could, but could not turn on service due to the phone being locked to the provider. I would like to seek a refund with return. Return process is convoluted, but I appear to be getting one soon.
