This was supposed to be a factory unlocked phone. It is a T-Mobile phone.
I couldn't get sound from the phone. Seller was awesome about sending a refund quickly and no questions asked. Tried to buy from again already A++
Hey, it's not that big of a deal to me, but the charger you guys included is absolutely awful. It legitimately does not provide enough power to charge most of the phones in my home and when I plug it in to the Note 8, it just lets me know that it's a "slow charge" and barely charges. It's not enough for me to ask for a refund or anything, but at that point, it's not even worth you time to send a charger at all if it's going to be that awful.
