Had a little problem with the phone but seller had outstanding customer service and helped immensely.
Although I had to return the phone due to a misunderstanding of what OEM unlock means they were friendly and receptive to my issues and refunded me quickly. My only advice is if you're buying a device you want to bootloader unlock maybe have them send you the IMEI before they ship it so you can verify that it can be unlocked first. I bought 2 phones on swappa that were supposedly the Google edition devices with unlockable bootloaders and they both turned out to be the Verizon variants which cannot be unlocked.
