Originally received a phone from the seller that had some wiring issues which caused the screen to randomly turn off all the time, making it basically unusable. The seller kindly agreed to send another phone as a replacement, and to test it first. USPS for some reason took a while, and I was without a phone for almost 3 weeks, but worth it in the end. The new phone works great, and now I have two batteries, to boot. I will say that the charger that came with this phone seemed really cheap and the phone complained about them, giving a notice that it couldn't charge. Cheap chargers sometimes also have faulty wiring, which could potentially cause electrical shock. So I used my charger from an old phone instead. For me, still a great deal for the price, very good customer service, would buy again.
I am returning the phone to the seller tomorrow 1/27/16. They were gracious enough to offer me a full refund and the return label.
Everything was exactly like the description. They even placed there personal number in the package if I had any concerns. Will definitely buy from them again.

The first phone I received had a problem with the camera. When I contacted the seller, he was very responsive and quickly sent me a replacement, and let me send the first phone back afterI received the replacement so I wouldn't be without a phone.
