Phone works and looks great! I initially purchased a different phone that I was not able to activate with my Sprint account. The seller worked with me to return/refund the phone and repurchase a Sprint phone that I was able to activate all in less than a week. I would definitely recommend using Swappa to anyone!

The phone arrived as advertised - with light wear and definite usage. The problem is that in their description the device on the listing is NOT the device you'll get - see:
"Please note that the pictures provided are not pictures of the actual device you will receive and are a representation of the condition you will receive."
The one i received has AMOLED burn-in and a weird nick at the top of the screen, on top of the display that i can't really notice. It'd be too much of a bother to try and get this replaced, due to not having a phone for about a week, but the device functions, it activated under my carrier, it feels new other than the screen problems. I am satisfied with my purchase, and it was a steal at the price point I purchased it for. Please make sure that you know you're getting a different device than the one listed!

Was sent a nonfunctional phone and a broken charger. A replacement was sent that had a lot of damage beyond the "Good" condition I paid for, but at least it would turn on and charge unlike the first one. Seems the seller is not verifying the phones as well as they claim they are.
