Seemed like everything was going as planned, but when the phones arrived I could activate one without any problems. I had to send one back because it couldn't be activated and then it stopped charging. However, I was emailed a return label without delay and another phone arrived pretty quickly, unfortunately, I was unable to activate that phone for some reason. The rep. said I needed the msd/sim card for the phone to get activated and ordered it for me. When it arrived, I took it to my phone carrier and the phone was activated. I really didn't understand why that happened because the first phone that I activated without any problems didn't and still doesn't have one of those cards in it and it has been working fine and they are the exact same phones.
