Phone came without waterproof protecting covers for the charging port and audio jack. Along with this, the home button did not work. However, the company was great at promptly responding to my complaints and issuing a refund.

I am attempting to activate the phone but Sprint says that it has been reported Lost or Stolen so I am unable to activate the phone until this flag has been removed.
I thought that all phones sold via swappa.com had verified "good" EINs. Unfortunately, through this experience, I have found that is not the case.

The seller was excellent in almost every way. The only problem that I had was that the phone that I initially received did not work. It would not power on, even after extensive charging. The seller was fantastic to deal with, they sent me a replacement (which, honestly was in better shape than the original), no questions asked, so I would not have a problem recommending the seller. I do wish that they would have a bit more quality control though.
