The first note 2 I got had a odd system update it wanted to download and they fixed the problem promptly a be fast. The update issue was not this company's fault. Thank you for the willingness to help and fix the issue without any trouble. Plan on buying through them again

good, my phone is working besides the touch screen sometimes freaks out/doesn't respond and i have to lock the phone for a minute to make it work again. seller was nice and upgraded my shipping to priority for free.
