Phone was DOA and would not accept a charge. I contacted them and they IMMEDIATELY replaced the phone with a slight upgrade, no questions asked.
A++++++ in my opinion.

Phone came in about 5 business days, It was in better condition than I expected. It was classified as Good, but I would say almost Mint. I could only find one very small scratch towards the edge of the screen (which I can't see once I put the screen protector from my Otter Case on. Activated it without any issues. Battery seems to run down a little quicker than I expected, but I was also playing with it a lot last night. It seems more normal today.
Overall, a great experience. I'll be back again.
