Seller allowed me to upgrade my shipping to priority mail for free. Phone arrived on time but unfortunately had unexpected hardware issues where the phone wasn't able to receive service. However, the seller allowed me to refund the phone and provided me a shipping label. Very fast response too. Although there was an unexpected issue with the phone, I am overall satisfied with the transaction and customer service.

Phone is as advertised; minor hard-to-see scratches on screen, some bad scuffing on the removable back cover which is easily replaceable. A plus is that instead of 16gb internal storage this phone has 32gb. Android 4.3 (perfect for my needs) is in original factory condition. Phone was wrapped well, shipped 2-day priority and includes a 30-day warranty. Solid phone at a very reasonable price. I would buy again from this seller.
