The phone had issues, I returned the phone and they promptly issued me a full refund.
The phone arrived very quickly and was protected with a fair amount of bubble wrap. Unfortunately, the only gripe I have is that the audio port was defective. When I plugged in my earbuds or headphones, sound was only on one side. The seller was prompt in issuing an apology and did facility a return process. In the end I decided to keep the phone since bluetooth headphones would be used.
Phone came quickly and as advertised!
seller sent me a broken phone, had to have it serviced to get the jammed sim card slot to open. Then realized the phone was a prepaid phone and could not accept Sprint services. I had to return it for a refund, did get a refund, but a complete waste of 3 weeks of my time.
