The phone works...but. some times..the screen goes black with out warning. And it won't charge via car charger ( this is annoying while I am driving) I've owned 3, s5 before this one so I know it's not a normal occurence. I won't blame you the seller too much. it Is a used phone.

Very unsatisfied, phone broke a week ago while I was waiting on very important calls. Asked this company for 3 day shipping because I really need it and they said they'd upgrade it for free. It shipped on Monday after I sent an email Saturday asking for 3 day shipping. They totally ignored me even though they said it would be free. Very very unsatisfied and disgruntled. Would not recommend. Got the phone today and it looks perfect I would change my review, but the camera does not work on the phone.
