I received the phone in a timely manner and there were no problems or difficutlies with the transaction. When I got the phone, however, I quickly discovered the ringer doesn't work after not waking up to my alarm for multiple days in a row. My safari also informed me that I have a virus on it when I first pulled it up, but I have yet to have an further notifications about it or problems with the software thus far.
