I'm disappointed that someone like this is on here with so many good reviews. I can't not blame myself as well for being in a hurry to get a new phone that I didn't take a good look at the posting. With blurry pictures of what looked like a mint phone listed as good and a quantity, I should have red flagged it right away. But even worse I was sent a phone that was in worse then fair conditions with multiple cracks in the case and a good amount of scratches on the screen. The one good thing I'd say about this seller is that they did give a full refund with no problems. Probably because they get so many return's for sending out phones in worse conditions then they posted

Ordered two phones and neither would charge. After a lengthy process of getting in touch with the seller and getting replacement batteries, both phones would charge but only one could be activated as the second phone had no MEID. Multiple attempts were made to the seller, yet again, only this time I never received a response back.

They were older phones, I get it, and the initial response to the battery issue was acceptable. However, the subsequent lack of a response on the second issue was what put this transaction into the "negative" category.
