The only reason I am giving this company a neutral review is because the first phone i received was imei blocked lost/stolen. I feel if swappa is advertising clean esn's and the companies are abiding by these rules; why am being sent a phone with an unclean esn. Why wasn't this double checked before it was sent out. It was an inconvenience having to wait additional time for the phone but i can say that the company did a good job about sending the return shipping label for the old phone and they also sent out the new phone before the old had reached them which was nice and very trusting. I like that they sent the new phone priority mail and it got to mean before the expected time. I also appreciate the fact that this company was easy to reach. I will more than likely order from them again. The phone that I was sent was in better than GOOD condition. The was a slight yellow tint to the camera but it works just fine.

At first I was not happy with the sale but Johbet took care of my issues promptly and that was great. The only thing that I didn't like was I was lied to about getting priority shipping and when my Note Edge arrived it wasn't in good condition as described but as i stated above it was taken care of with Johbet Inc issuing a partial refund immediately. Thank you for your wonderful customer service and a decent phone.
