Everything went smoothly. Phone had some scratches that could not see in photos but I think it was in good condition. Seller shipped very quickly which was really appreciated!! I would do business with this seller again.

The phone being sold was stated as N910W8 which is a completely unlocked U.S. regional phone. However, the model that I received was N910C which is unlocked for the Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealan, and Chile regions. On top of that, the battery would not hold a charge, and the phone repeatedly restarted after only a few minutes of being turned on. I believe the repeated restart was because it is in the wrong region and it couldn't talk with the towers here in the U.S.

I will say that the seller was willing to give me a shipping label to return the phone, as well as issued a refund which was good. However, I think that one should check model numbers before stating they are selling something to make sure that they are representing the device accurately.
