This is the 2nd phone I've purchased from here. My phone was in excellent condition and works great! It arrived with the wrong charge cord and the issue was quickly taken care of. I will be searching for this seller for future phones.

There was an issue with my new phone not working. But when I called, they were very prompt on sending me a shipping label and even refunded my money back to me before I actually had the phone shipped back to them. Considering their great ratings, this was obviously a rare issue.
