Wrong phone was sent to me, a sales rep refused to send the correct phone, it took a bit of time, but the owner finally sent the correct one, I then returned the incorrect phone.
A sales rep should understand "good customer service "
I only asked for the phone I paid for, even offered my credit card information and I would return the wrong phone in the same package with return label provided.

Satisfactory. Phone was graded appropriately and works fine. Shipping slow-ish, packing job just okay (the phone was sticking out of the bubble wrap at the corner, yikes) and the listing was terrible with blurry photos of a stock item and an unhelpful boilerplate description. Still, I got what I wanted (and expected.) Would buy again if I was getting a great deal.
