I did have to return the phone because Note 3s evidently are notorious for having a software bug that can make it so the screen doesn't respond to finger touch and only work with the pen. It worked for a few days perfectly and then had this problem. I don't blame the seller for this. There is no way they could have know and there doesn't appear to be a fix. They were great at taking it back and refunding my money. They even sent me a prepaid label. I would buy from them again in the future.

Item arrived with scratches ALL OVER the display. I know it said fair condition, but this is one step below that. Also, the ear piece at the top of the phone is loose-wobbly. Also, seller shipped first class mail when I asked for priority shipping. I have definitely had better experiences on Swappa. I would leave a neutral rating, but the ear piece being loose is what led to a negative.

Fast delivery but the phone was a little bit of a disappointment. The phone has a quarter inch circle of dead pixels close to the middle of screen and I think that that should have been noted in the description.
