Phone arrived quickly, but was not what was specified. After calling Apple help line they confirmed it was a locked Sprint phone, not an unlocked AT&T phone as we ordered. Only good part is that the seller refunded our money promptly when we returned it, but that was a waste of $5 shipping and a week of waiting.

I received the phone on time but unfortunately it was not working. I called Johbet and they emailed me immediately the return shipping label. I called them once I put the package in at the post office. They immediately refunded me the full amount. Thank you Johbet Inc, it is great to see that you honor what you say.
