Positive Experience. Received and activated phone. Very happy thus far. Phone seems to work perfectly and is in pretty pristine condition. Also came quickly. My only kinda neutral thing was that in the posting the phone was advertised as being black...in actuality it's blue. Personally I don't care at all (it's in a case anyway so you really don't see the color). Plus the blue actually looks pretty nice too. Just some people might care about this. But again everything's great in my book. Would buy again! :-)

The first phone was not a Sprint phone, the second phone's camera was blurry to the point of being unusable. Unfortunately they didn't have a third phone of same model and network in stock. Contact with seller, exchange and refund went very smoothly though.
