This is a bit late because I haven't been able to get home. I received my newish LG V10 device as described. It is beautiful but had a few more cosmetic dings than I expected. Phone powers up and works beautifully. I've ONLY used it on Wi-Fi because I haven't gotten a chance to buy a new sim card yet. I have registered my newish device on Verizon's network, so the IMEI is good!!! I am beyond pleased with my purchase from the Seller and the Swappa platform. From now I WILL ONLY purchase my newish tech from Swappa...ALL TECH NO JUNK!!!

Got the phone and it had a previous balance on the account so I could not use it. I did get my refund back but I don't understand why they would sell a phone that could not be activated.
