Beautiful phone with almost no visible flaws except it overheats, freezes and shuts off without warning even when battery is charged.

Ordered a Sprint Note 5 from Johbet. The first one they sent was missing the stylus and was very beat up. I emailed them on Saturday then called twice and emailed on Monday and didn't hear back. I called them again on Tuesday and when I got Dominic on the phone he was very nice and accommodating. He quickly sent another Note 5 but this one had significant software problems. Slow performance and bootloops. They are refunding me after I return the phone because they don't have any more Sprint phones. TLDR: Two bad Sprint phones, service is good once you get through to them.
