I had to oder a new battery. I advised the seller that the phone would not charge. He didn't seem to care about the 30 day warranty

Shipped quick, device in better condition than I expected for the price (minor burn in / minor scratch). They accidentally a left out an accessory but they quickly responded to my email and shipped right away (and somehow got it delivered on a Fed holiday!) The phone works great with Google Fi data sim and has a strong signal. Next time I need a device, I'll check Johbet's listing first!

Phone was in poor condition with scratches on back cover and chips around the bezel of the display. Battery had been exposed to water and barely holds a charge. Nothing like the condition in the display model, not even the same model number. Shipping took forever, even when in SAME state. Very disappointed overall. Would recommend purchasing any electronics from an ACTUAL seller and not this "company".

Got my phone and it looks amazing!! Almost new! Exactly as advertised. Min e did not come with a sim card, so please be prepared to potentially buy one at your local phone store (only around $5).

Great phone. Arrived in a timely manner. The phone works great and it's in even better condition than described! One thing, though, the charger sent was not the charger for the phone.

I got the phone I wanted and it's working out great however I emailed twice to ask for faster shipping and a question about the device itself and didn't get a response back. A little disappointing but a great device nonetheless.
