I would say this phone was on the low end of good condition. Not terrible, but a few more dings than I was expecting (for example, the Vol - rocker button still works but no longer has a click).

Shipping was timely, and packaging was great. The phone was wrapped in many layers of large bubble wrap. The package probably could have fallen out of the mail truck while it went down the highway and been perfectly fine.
