Shipped and delivered quickly. Needed a new battery and the S Pen is missing though.

Overall it was a nice phone but was surprised to find a small crack on the screen as this was supposed to be clear of such. Luckily our customer was satisfied enough to make the purchase.

I needed a emoji in between thumbs up and middle of the road. Phone is in OK condition. Would not call it good condition. It works. Battery seems a little week.

I received the phone quickly and properly packaged in a short time after requesting priority shipping. The phone had some minor cosmetic wear, as expected. However, when I attempted to insert the charging cable it was apparent the port was damaged. I contacted the seller and he sent me a return shipping label and apologized for the unfortunately he was not able to provide the same phone so he refunded my money.

Exactly what I ordered! It did have some pretty bad screen burn that wasn't mentioned (because it must have been a display phone), but I just had to ignore it.

Was an alright sale seller took a while too respond shipping was fast however and phone arrived and works

The phone has bad glitches where it would randomly shut down and then boot loop. After researching I realized it was because of the battery. Had to purchase a new battery and factory reset. Now the phone is okay.

The item was delivered as stated in the description, but upon activation it was met with complications regarding its unlocked status. Found out that the phone had not been unlocked completely from the distributor. I am in the process of returning the phone and receiving a replacement. That's why I gave the neutral rating.

my order has been canceled and 5 days later even though it said the payment had been refunded, we hadn't been paid back. This seller really isn't reliable. Do not buy their products.
