Seller sent the wrong phone. After some delay I was able to obtain a refund.

This was supposed to be a factory unlocked phone. It is a T-Mobile phone.

Hey, it's not that big of a deal to me, but the charger you guys included is absolutely awful. It legitimately does not provide enough power to charge most of the phones in my home and when I plug it in to the Note 8, it just lets me know that it's a "slow charge" and barely charges. It's not enough for me to ask for a refund or anything, but at that point, it's not even worth you time to send a charger at all if it's going to be that awful.

Phone was coming apart on back- Seller accepted return with full refund.

Great seller. Wasn't told the glass back wasn't OEM and that it was a replacement. Other than that issue, great device, seems to work properly. I will try my sim, and hopefully it works.

Met invalid SIM card issue. Seller's contact number cannot be reached, left message in voice box but did not get response, finally got solved in Sprint local store.

It was pretty good

Pros:
The phone itself is rock solid and performs super well.
Minimal wear and tear on the device, no cracks/scratches on the screen
Battery life is still well within its prime (12 hours on full charge based on my high usage)
It was actually the Google version of the phone
Cons:
The condition that it was shipped in was poor. The previous user of this phone smoked and the charging port was caked with nicotine/dust to the point where the charging cable wouldn't stay in and could only slow charge. Due to this, the cable was so loose that there's no way it wouldn't have been noticeable during testing. I was able to fix/clean this out myself using 90% Isopropyl. Given that the phone was listed in "Good" status, I wish they would have done a better job checking that over. From what I gathered, it seems they make sure the device powers and they connect it to a test wifi network. Other than that I'm not super convinced these phones go through a rigorous check.

Sent the Verizon version instead of the Google version, phone had a hardware issue too, but the refund process from them was very simple. The customer support was awesome.
