The phone had issues, I returned the phone and they promptly issued me a full refund.

The phone arrived very quickly and was protected with a fair amount of bubble wrap. Unfortunately, the only gripe I have is that the audio port was defective. When I plugged in my earbuds or headphones, sound was only on one side. The seller was prompt in issuing an apology and did facility a return process. In the end I decided to keep the phone since bluetooth headphones would be used.

Item has been received. And is not in the conditions as prescribed in the add.

Phone keeps rebooting-taking to local guy if he dont know I will be returning this device, rebooted several times while trying to set up.

My second defective phone from this seller. The phone had a screen that wasn't adhered below the glass properly. It crackled when you pressed on the screen. Also, something was broken internally as it wouldn't pair with the S pen. I tried multiple pens and went through T-Mobile support. They confirmed a problem with the phone.
The company manager was supportive and took responsibility. Because of his response, I would buy from this company again.

The phone works good but the charger is completely dead. I would like a replacement please.
