edit: after about a week of use the phone will no longer unlock. I can't factory reset the device because it won't go into the bootlauncher. Pretty upset by this because I thought my phone woes were finally over but I guess they're not.

The iphone 6 doesn't hold a charge because the battery health has a max capacity of 78%. Also the home button is loose so just resting a finger on it will cause it to bring the screen down half way. Touch ID doesn't work as well. I would like to send this back but seller didn't respond.

Seller advertised as a 128Gb Google Edition Pixel 2, but sent me a much less valuable 64Gb Verizon Edition Pixel 2.
After I returned it, they didn't refund my money for over a week after receiving the returned phone... and even then only issued a refund when I complained.
Everything about the way this seller handled the transaction seemed very shady.

The phone defective, which I understand happens, but this company has extremely slow responses, taking almost 24 hours to respond to each comment / question. The refund was also very slow, about two weeks from when I shipped it back, and I had to ask them about it before they handled it. I had also asked about expedited shipping. They said they could expedite when I asked before the sale, but then ignored the request when I bought it. I hesitated to write a negative review, but I'm having problems with the replacement phone and it's been 48 hours without a response on that item. Disappointing.

The seller kept sending phones that had IMEI numbers that were still under a billing contract. My account with Veeizon was flagged for fraud and closed down for 2 days until I explained to them that I purchased the phone third party. Beware! Ask for IMEIs in advance and check with your carrier.

The IMEI number is blocked by my carrier. The phone is totally useless except on Wifi.

The phone's mic doesn't work, so I literally can't have a phone call with someone

Never received the device I ordered. The seller gave no options for replacement.

Yes I received the package but the device is very not fair it as a lot more marks or dents than I saw on the picture. The charger is Chinese so it will be destroyed easily. And there is no air phone. The package not contain an adopter to go with the charger.
