I’ve been shopping from Swappa so many times but this is the first time I bought a phone that wasn’t as described. It was listed in good conditions but it has so manh scratches and the condition is fair, not good as how they described it. Also, very very terrible customer service from the seller. There is a 30 day window which I can return to get a refund but I had to alert the Swappa staff so many times in order for the seller to reply my comments and give me a refund. If there is a 0 star, I would give them but well there is no 0 star so I can only give 1 star. Will NEVER SHOP FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN

RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

• Restocking Fee: Returns for non-defective items, or cases where the buyer chooses not to accept a warranty replacement, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
