Arrived on time, item as described. Great condition!
Unfortunately, the package was ping ponging between mail locations due to an alert on the package. I had to go pick it up and pay $4.95 additional postage to pick it up. The Seller shipped the phone in express packaging and then sent it with ground shipping. The phone works good but a little inconvenient with the shipping experience.

Very satisfied with seller and phone. Delivery was quick, the phone quality was very good, as expected. Most importantly we were able to connect to Tracfone as our carrier. (We previously bought a different phone from a different seller and were not able connect it to Tracfone.)

Product did not match the description and is in rather Fair condition. The screen protector masked the numerous scratches underneath. I messaged the seller via email and swappa and have not received a response.

RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY
