Got here a day early than we expected! In great shape, just really bummed that it seems to be one of the variants that doesn't have eSIM support ????

The good news is. Even though it takes time I was able to communicate with the seller and the pixel slate I purchase does work. The downside is I did not receive a charger with power delivery so I am unable to charge the device appropriately. The seller did send me another charger but this one was also not strong enough to power the device with PD. I appreciate him trying. Would recommend him but takes a little time to communicate.

Shipping issues and item was not a New item as listed. Worked out an arrangement with the seller for a partial reufnd and transaction is now complete.

Quick turnaround. Item was adequately packed and arrived in expected condition. A battery report was run and results left on the device, which is appreciated.

Phone was shipped in a timely manner, and arrived in good condition, however when I tried to activate the phone, I learned that there was still a balance owed to the carrier by the phone's previous owner, which meant I could not activate and use this phone. I informed Jake about this problem, and he was not at all helpful, and pretty much said, 'It's not my problem'. I tried for over a week to reach an agreement with Jake, to no avail. Swappa team members were involved in trying to resolve this issue, but Jake did not allow a return/refund until I filed a dispute with PayPal. Once the phone was returned, Jake was reluctant to reimburse for the return shipping costs, and had to be prompted by Swappa staff to do so, and even then, only gave a partial refund.

I have made many Swappa purchases, and have always been very satisfied with each transaction. I will not be purchasing from Jake again, but will seek out sellers who make customer service a priority.

Everything was as described and would buy from again.
