Product was as described, well packaged and I'm pleased. Unfortunately there was issues with USPS but the sender did mail it off quickly.

Pixelbook was locked to the seller's account. He should have factory reset it. I had to search google on how to powerwash. The unit was dirty, had to wipe it down with some effort.
