Extremely negative experience with this seller. I ordered a phone and received the wrong model. It was blamed as a "mix up with the warehouse". The incorrect phone was sent back and was assured that the correct model would be sent out.
Once the phone was sent back to the seller, they claimed the phone or one in another color was out of stock and I was issued a refund. However a day and a half later, the seller posts another listing of what appears to be the same phone (or reusing the same images) that was out of stock at a higher price.
Good condition
Can not unlock the phone somehow but I'm not gonna switch carrier anyways
Return options are the worst
Transaction was quick. Seller responsive. Item as stated. Highly recommend.
I chose express shipping , but the company didn't get it sent on the proper timeliness per their listing. It took multiple messages and Swappa staff to get my shipping refunded.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
